Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing Gold Coin or using an available service, you agree to comply with the terms applicable to that service.
If you do not agree with the applicable terms, you should not use the relevant service.
Account Responsibilities
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their account credentials.
- Keep your password confidential.
- Protect your 12-word Recovery Phrase.
- Do not permit unauthorized access to your account.
- Report suspected unauthorized account activity.
Login & Account Recovery
Gold Coin may apply temporary or additional security restrictions after repeated incorrect login attempts or suspicious account activity.
Account recovery may require successful verification using the account email and Recovery Phrase.
Gold Coin Orders
Creating an order does not automatically mean that payment has been approved or that an account balance has been credited.
Orders may remain pending while related payment information is reviewed.
Payment Review
Members are responsible for following the payment instructions shown for the applicable order.
Payment receipts, wallet information or transaction TXID / Hash information may be reviewed before approval.
A payment may be rejected if sufficient verification cannot be completed.
Blockchain Transactions
Blockchain transactions may become irreversible after confirmation.
Members should verify wallet addresses and supported networks before sending funds.
Transactions sent to an incorrect address or unsupported network may not be recoverable.
Internal Balances
Gold Coin may display internal account balance categories such as Available Balance, Keep for Later, Investment Balance and Pending Withdrawal.
These balances represent account records generated through supported platform transactions.
Internal Balance Transfer
Eligible funds may be moved between Available Balance and Keep for Later.
Moving funds to Keep for Later is an internal account transfer and is not an external withdrawal.
Withdrawal Requests
Withdrawal requests may be subject to review before approval.
When submitted, the requested amount may be reserved as Pending Withdrawal.
If the request is rejected, the reserved amount may be returned to Available Balance.
Investment Contracts
Investment services may include different terms, rates, maturity dates and conditions.
Members should review and accept the applicable investment contract before confirming an investment.
Investment principal may remain locked until the applicable maturity process is completed.
Profit Processing
Eligible investment profit is processed according to the terms recorded for the applicable investment.
Each eligible monthly investment period should only be credited once.
Financial Disclosures
Members should rely on the actual agreement, contract and disclosures presented for the applicable service.
General website descriptions should not independently be interpreted as guarantees of financial performance.
Referral Structure
Gold Coin may provide members with a personal Referral Code and Referral Link.
The current system uses a binary network structure with Left and Right direct positions.
Reward Eligibility
Network rewards are subject to the qualifying conditions defined by the applicable Gold Coin reward rules.
Registration alone should not automatically be interpreted as qualification for a financial reward.
The same qualifying reward level should not be credited repeatedly to the same account.
Stock Requests
Where the Stock Market service is available, members may submit supported stock-related requests through the platform.
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm that a market transaction has been completed.
Prices & Information
Unless explicitly identified as live, displayed market information should not be assumed to represent real-time pricing.
Market values may change rapidly and third-party market data may be delayed.
Messages & Communications
Members may contact Gold Coin through Contact Us or the internal Messages system.
Members should never send their password or full Recovery Phrase through support messages.
Prohibited Activity
- Unauthorized access to another account.
- Submission of false payment information.
- Manipulation of referral or reward records.
- Interference with platform security.
- Use of the service for unlawful activity.
Account Restrictions
Account access or particular functions may be temporarily restricted where reasonably necessary for security, verification, compliance or investigation.
Platform Availability
Gold Coin may require maintenance, updates or temporary service interruption.
Continuous uninterrupted availability should not be assumed.
External Providers
Some Gold Coin functions may depend on third-party providers such as hosting, email, blockchain infrastructure, storage, security or market-data services.
External providers may have their own applicable terms and policies.
Transaction Records
Gold Coin may maintain account, transaction, ledger, payment, withdrawal, investment, security and support records required for platform operations.
Changes to Terms
Platform features, rules and these Terms may be updated as Gold Coin develops or applicable requirements change.
Additional Agreements
A specific service, transaction or investment may include additional terms, disclosures or contractual documents.
Those documents may contain additional conditions applicable to that activity.
